Working with RENOMAX Real Estate proved to be a good move to quickly make needed improvements/repairs to my townhome to maximize its value. The RENOMAX team is professional, efficient, and timely with all communications. Their work is high quality. I had eight offers, all above the list price, for my townhome on the first day, and we closed in less than a month. This was totally the result of the work RENOMAX did inside and outside the property.
I had the best experience with Renomax, Robbie was very thorough and professional and the quality of work was amazing. This was a rental property that was destroyed by my last tenants, what they did to see what needed to be done and the quality of work was second to none and they completed the job a week and a half ahead of schedule. from day one, robbie and renomax team made me feel comfortable with their whole program. Not only did they complete my renovation which made life easier for me, they got the house sold in one day., I sold my house for forty thousand more using their program and did not pay for anything until closing. Meanwhile , i saved money at the same time. they charged one percent commission and paid for my inspections. I could not find this anywhere else. I am so happy i chose RENOMAX. Robbie and his team could not have been better. He brings amazing professionals together to get the job done at a great price. He worked with me to ensure I understood the plan, the cost, and how we would enact the plan, even patiently explaining things to me over the course of the process, I can be difficult. When it came time to get things done to stay on schedule Robbie was not hands off, he came to the property early, rolled up his sleeves, and got to work. Robbie and everyone on his team are motivated to do the best job they can at a price point everyone is comfortable with. He has even gone above and beyond by keeping me in touch with his team to have other work done outside of our original agreement. Every time I hear of someone in my area selling a home that needs some work I recommend RENOMAX and if I ever need help again that is who I will call. Bottom line is RENOMAX and Robbie had a positive impact on my home and quality of life by distressing the entire process. I highly recommend Robbie and his team.
