We assess your property, create a customized renovation plan targeting improvements with the highest ROI, cover all costs upfront, manage the entire renovation process, list and market your renovated home, and get paid from the proceeds at closing. This approach typically results in significantly more cash in your pocket compared to selling as-is.

There are no upfront costs with RENOMAX. We invest in your property’s renovations, and our fee is only paid at closing from the proceeds of your home sale. This structure aligns our interests with yours – we only succeed when you receive maximum value for your home. The specific fee structure is transparent and discussed during your initial consultation, ensuring you understand exactly how the program works before making any decisions.

Most renovations are completed within 2-4 weeks, depending on the scope of work needed. Our experienced project managers and established contractor relationships help ensure efficient timelines.
